To receive Wholesale Member status, please select "Wholesale" under the "Sign up for membership level" dropdown on the Registration/Profile update page.  Your registration will be reviewed and once your status has been updated, you will receive an email notifying you of the status update.  Wholesale prices will then be available to you.
