Each piece from Ghana is highly unique in that every bead is hand crushed from glass bottles, fired in rudimentary ovens made of termite mounds and hand shaped using special tools hot from the fire.  Because of the nature of these painstakingly made beads, each necklace is very unique and may have slight variations in size, color and shape of beads while remaining true to the jewelry pictured on our website.  This is why all of our descriptions have approximate lengths because of the slight variations in beads sizes, which could change the length of a necklace by an inch or so.
